Cornelia Harte Mentoring Programmes (CHM)

Dedicated and qualified undergraduate and graduate students are the target group of the  Cornelia Harte Mentoring, while the  Cornelia Harte Mentoring PRO is designed for Post-Docs and junior group leaders, who strive for an academic career.

Dual Career and Family Support (CFS)

The University of Cologne has established the CFS, a central facility devoted to all aspects of “Dual Career and Family Support”. The programme of information, counselling and services is designed to support newly appointed professors, their partners and families, other (junior) scholars and researchers with families as well as prospective parents.

Female Career Center (FCC)

The FCC provides regular training courses in vital areas such as networking, presentation, interview technique etc. that are aimed at students, graduate students as well as scientific staff. In addition, the FCC offers support and advice during all stages of career development.

Management Seminars

Seminars for female professors and executive staff at the  University.

Career Family Coaching (CFC)

 „Career Family Coaching (CFC)“ is a joint project of the University of Cologne and the German Sport University Cologne.
